VILLA SELENA is a new villa with 4 bedrooms and private swimming-pool that is located in Agia Marina, 6km away from Chania and in a distance of about 500m from the coastal road and the sea with the splendid sandy beaches. It consists of two floors and is built in a region with fantastic view, from the front side to the sea and from the back side to the mountains and the olive groves. |
In the ground floor there is a big single space where there are comfortable lounge, dining room and modern and fully equipped kitchen, big verandas front and back, a WC and a bedroom with double bed and his own bath. In the first floor there are three more bedrooms and two more bathrooms. All bedrooms have balcony, telephone and their own television.
Finally, the villa has air conditioning with inside the floor heating and cooling, satellite television and DVD-player in the lounge, refrigerator-freezer, dish-washer, electric oven and anything one could need in the kitchen, washing-machine and dryer and offers comfortable and pleasant stay in a beautiful rural region near the sea and Chania all year long. |

Villa Selena is located hardly 6km away from Chania and about 500m from the coastal street and the sea with the splendid sandy beaches. Access from the town of Chania is simple, via car, taxi or bus. You can reach Chania either by boat from all the big harbours of Greece or by airplane. |
