Idra is the ornament of Saronikos, with her picturesque architecture, her beautiful cobbled roads, the markets, the beautiful taverns, the bars, cafeterias. Idra is 75minutes from Piraeus. There is possibility of visits or excursions at Athina, Akropolis and the museums and come back at the hotel the same day. Visits to Egina, Poros, Ermioni, Porto-Cheli, Spetses, also come back at the same day. In addition, you can visit the monasteries of Idra. It is ideal for walking tours with the fantastic beaches Limnioniza, Bisti, Vlichos, Kamini and Manoraki, the museums, the house of P. Kunturiotis, L. Kunturiotis and the Fine Arts school. There are also two castles with the cannons at the front of the port and the donkey?s foal for the transportation, because Idra is the only island in Greece that there are no cars. |
