This complex is probably the best in Ammoopi. A 27 bedroomed hotel set in a peaceful olive grove, 100 metres from the beautiful sandy Ammoopi beach. Also 8 rooms and three apartments 20 metres from the beach and near a traditional Greek Taverna, open all day.
Recommended for those seeking the -absolute rest-, Nik and Huguette Maloftis offer a unique mixture of comfort (all Blue Sea rooms have fridge and fan) and very traditional Greek atmosphere in their taverna.
Guests return year after year to this traditional family-run taverna right on Ammoopi beach. Spacious, with good four and a big selection of fresh fish, it is a favourite with locals since 1965 ! The location is unbeatable with unforgettable view of Ammoopi bay. |

21 rooms have sea view with 6 enjoying afternoon sun and mountain view. There is a spacious and well decorated breakfast area and bar with adjoining large terrace for that last drink. Satellite TV available here. All rooms have fridge and fan.
8 newly furnished rooms in a superlative position, 20 metres from Ammoopi beach and some of the best swimming in Europe. All with balconies overlooking a shady garden full of mimosas and olives. 3 apartments sleeping 4 with kitchenette, fridge, fan. Taverna 10 metres away with beach umbrellas for hire directly below taverna. |

Ammoopi is approx. 10 minutes taxi ride from Pigadia (the capital of Karpathos) and 20 minutes from the Airport area (which has excellent wind surfing conditions).
Karpathos is connected (by air) directly to many European cities or three - four times a week from Athens and daily from Rhodes and Crete. |
