The seven houses of the resort in the typical santorini style are located on a steep escarpement in the heart of the village, but still in a quiet and exclusive location.
The houses are situated on three levels with a view over the caldera and the volcano.
The cave apartements have been developed with architectural sensitivity and a minimum of encroachments with respect to the existing caves and houses with the typical santorini vaults and have been lovingly and traditionally furnished in their original ancient tradition.
Here you can experience this in the world unique volcano island, whose history is based upon six milleniums and bound to the dreams of ancient Atlantis.
In addition to the individual house terraces, which include flower beds and partially stone seating groups, the resort maintained a common very large open terrace with a breath taking view over the caldera, the volcano and the deep blue Aegean sea. |

separate furnished terrace, partly with bricked benches
kitchinette with refrigerator, coffee machine, hotplates
Shower/WC
in addition a large community terrace for free use
daily cleaning and fresh towels
change of bed linen every third day
House 1 – Alitana – Flower bed:
Studio for 2 persons, bed-living room with bricked double bed and wardrobe, kitchinette in the room.
House 2 – Xenia - Hospitality:
Number of beds: 2-4
Ideal for couple with children, living room (2 bricked single beds) and bed room (bricked double bed), separated by archway and windows in the traditional island style.
House 3 – Fournos – Old oven:
Number of beds: 2-4
Ideal for family, wooden-gallery with double bed and ocean view , spacious living and dining area, an additional lower level section with two individual bricked beds, small separate kitchen with a traditional oven.
House 5 – Goniá - Corner:
Studio for 2 persons, combined living-bedroom with bricked double bed, kitchinette in the room, very quiet, built directly into the hill, small courtyard and terrace.
House 6 - Patári:
Suite for 4-6 persons.
Large spacious apartement with wooden-gallery (double-bed) and bedroom separated by door with bricked double bed, lower living level with single bed, living-dining level with bricked sofa, also usable as single bed.
House 7 - Foliá:
The cosy house perched like an eagle’s nest as the last building on the cliff, bricked double bed, view from the room and the bath to the volcano, separate kitchen, large terrace. |

By aeroplane or ferries from Athens.
40 min. to the airport, 45 min. to the port, 200 m to the parking.
Your host, Aris Braziotis, lives in the resort himself and is available at any time for information and advice. Languages: English, German, French, Greek.
Transfer can be organized from the airport or the port by taxi, if booked in advance.
Cars, mopeds and motorcycles can be booked via Mr. Braziotis. Rental car can be brought to the airport or the port, if booked in advance. |
