In the heart of northern Pindos, in the beautiful Alatopetra, 30km from the city of Grevena and 15 minutes from the Vasilitsa ski centre, the newly made hotel TYMFAIA gives you the possibility for unforgettable vacation. In a modern building, on the higher spot of the village, keeping elements of traditional architecture, with stone and timber, it offers to you unique spaces.

Our hotel allocates 22 rooms from which the 4 are suites with fireplace. Each room is equipped with refrigerator, television and individual heating while some of them have also balconies. In addition, the four suites are equipped with hydro massage and with two with big balcony. The view of hotel is amazing. To the south, bright green slopes of Orliakas Mountain and to the imposing chalky rocks of the cavern. To the north, deep blue sky with dark green pine trees. To the west, the splendid Tsiourgaka with the waterfall and its Macedonian fortress of the kings of Tymphaio. The excavations here, which are in progress, hold us a lot of surprises.

Hotel TYMFAIA is located in Alatopetra, Grevena. Alatopetra is a well preserved picturesque village 28km westwards of Grevena in the altitude of 970 m. The spot of the hotel, in the higher point of the village, with the unlimited view to the imposing and wild Orliaka, under the archaeological site of Kastri, the local river with the beautiful stone bridge, the orifice with its waterfall and, of course, the Vasilitsa ski centre, guarantee unforgettable vacations. The distance from Athens is roughly 420km, from Thessalonica 190km, from Kavala 352km, Ioannina 175km and Larissa 150km.
