PHILIPPOS APARTMENT HOTEL is a charm full newly built complex in the picturesque village of Nikiana. It consists of two buildings, the main two floor building that includes: reception, cafe with terrace, TV lounge and breakfast room and the bungalows building. The complex is only 150 meters from Episkopos beach and is surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful flowered garden.

Type A, Studios up to 2 persons
The bedroom contains one double or two single beds, kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink, hotplates and cooking facilities, individually controlled Air-Condition (heat/cold), satellite TV (reception of English, French, German and Italian channels), direct dial telephone, private shower/WC and furnished balcony. Studio's A surface is from 17 to 20 m2. All 3 standard studios with garden or mountain view.
Type B, Studios up to 3-4 persons
The spacious bedroom contains a double and one or two single sofa beds, Kitchenette equipped with, refrigerator, sink, hotplates/oven and cooking facilities, individually controlled Air - Conditioning (heat/cold), satellite TV (reception of English, French, German and Italian channels), direct dial telephone, private shower/ WC, as well as furnished large balcony (approximately 7sq.m) or terrace. The Studio's (type B) surface is from 25 to 28 m2. There are eight superior studios located in the main building (5 of them with sea view and 3 with garden view) and four standard studios in the bungalows building. (all 4 with garden view).
Two room apartments up to 4 persons
There is a comfortable living room with two single sofa beds and the kitchenette: equipped with refrigerator, sink, hotplates /oven and cooking facilities and a separate bedroom with one double bed. The apartments are equipped with ceiling fun or individually controlled Air Condition units (heat/cold), satellite TV (reception of English, French, German and Italian channels), direct dial telephone, private shower/WC and furnished large balcony (approx. 7 m2) or terrace. The two room apartment's surface is from 35 to 40 m2. There are two superior fully air-conditioned apartments located in the main building (one apartment with both mountain and sea view and one with garden view) and four standard apartments, two of them located in bungalows and two in the main building equipped with air-condition or ceiling fans, all four standard apartments with direct aces to the garden.

PHILIPPOS APARTMENT HOTEL is ideally located for those who wish to discover the island. The complex is in the village of Episkopos / Nikiana, 7km from the capital of the island Leucade, 8km from the well known resort Nidri, 1km from the port, only 150m from the beach of Episkopos with it's crystal clear waters, and 26km from Aktio/Preveza airport. During the summer caique tours are organized to the islands of Scorpios, Madouri, Meganissi, Ithaque, the picturesque port of Fiscardo in Cephalonia as well as the lovely coastal town of Parga in Epirus and the Paxi islands.
