A neoclassical, traditional two-floor building, in Aegean Sea style, with balconies viewing the sea. On the ground floor there is a big restaurant-lounge with fireplace, open-air summer restaurant, cafeteria, and bar. It is 50m from the beach at the port of Epidavros. There is a conference room capacity of 400 persons for Receptions, weddings and manifestations.
